People and Culture Manager

YAK Agency – a communication agency based in Padua – is looking for a People and Culture Manager to join in its expanding workforce. 

The person we are looking for must have at least 3 years of experience in the required position – preferably in marketing and communication agencies – and must deal with job and talent recruitment and HR administration. 
The candidate must also have sound leadership and human relations management skills and an approach to work that inspires reliability and credibility.

We offer a part-time contract of 20 hours per week.

Fundamental requirements:

• Excellent job and talent recruiting skills (job description, job posting, candidate relationship management, job interviews)
• Excellent HR administration and budgeting skills
• Good skills in developing employer branding strategy and training programs
• Good technical knowledge of labor law, contractual and administrative aspects
• Personnel analysis and reporting skills 
• Teamwork and listening skills

To complete the profile:

• Experience in team management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability and credibility
• Proactivity and ability to act independently
• Good knowledge of at least one foreign language (English)
