Senior Account Manager
YAK Agency, communications agency based in Padua, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its expanding team.
The person we are looking for has at least 3 years of experience in the same role and is going to be responsible for the management of the agency’s projects and for keeping the level of clients’ satisfaction high, contributing to increasing loyalty and to the upselling of services, having annual objectives.
We are looking for a person with a strong attitude for teamwork (the person will be supported by a junior account manager to be supervised), project management ability, and transversal skills.
Must-have:
• Ability to manage the budget and achieve pre-established sales and production objectives
• Ability to manage workflows involving different team members
• Ability to anticipate customer needs for up-selling and cross-selling activities
